Banking Veteran Joins Excel National Bank

Banking veteran Sally K. Myers has been appointed senior vice president and director of operations/information technology for Excel National Bank in Beverly Hills, announced bank President and CEO Brian Carlson. In this capacity, Myers will be instrumental in exploring advanced mobile and online banking services, streamlining overall operations and building upon Excel's position as one of the industry's strongest Small Business Administration (SBA) lenders by increasing commercial loan and depositor business. She also will be responsible for enhancing Excel's fraud prevention program. Prior to joining the Excel National Bank, Myers served as vice president and/or director of operations for a number of Orange County banks. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin, she holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and is a member of Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society. She holds a second-degree black belt in karate and resides in Rancho Santa Margarita with her two children.
